Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return your mat if it’s unused and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
